WHO WE ARE
THE FOUNDERS OF HIRSCH MANAGEMENT, DANIEL AND LETICIA, ARE WELCOMING YOU!
We created HIRSCH MANAGEMENT in 2020 to build our small collection of traditional boutique hotels in the beautiful Austrian Pinzgau region and in the city of Salzburg. During 2021 and 2022 we have been developing the concept and the necessary structure to be able to manage several hotels with a total of 200 rooms.
In addition, HIRSCH MANAGEMENT offers comprehensive outsourcing services in Hotel Management. In other words, if you want to retire or make a low-risk investment in a hotel structure and you need a 360-degree management to run the hotel, we are your team. The complete solution that goes from management, through financial and accounting control, human resources, promotion and marketing or the production of the service itself. All this with the utmost professionalism, proximity and reliability, thanks to our extensive experience in the hospitality sector.

EXCLUSIVITY AND DEDICATION IN THE PROJECTS WE GET INVOLVED IN.
We prefer projects with a certain volume and size (minimum 10 rooms and with a turnover of 0.5M to 5M euros) and long-term duration (10-15-20 years). We can also manage more than one offshore structure at a time. We love to have direct contact with partners, investors, owners and give them regular feedback on financial reporting, marketing results and general performance of their properties. We will work hand in hand and side by side to achieve a common economic and social benefit..
