  • Which do you prefer? Rental, management or hybrid contracts?

    We are more comfortable with rental contracts. However, depending on your economic expectations and return on investment, we can also consider hybrid and management contracts.

  • Do you accept all types of structures regardless of size?

    No. We only work with hotels, gasthaus and B&Bs with 10 rooms or more. We do not work with chalets or holiday flats.

  • In which places are you looking?

    Right now we are looking for hotels to manage in Zell am See, Kaprun, Leogang, Saalbach-Hinterglemm,. Kitzbühel and Salzburg.

  • Do you have your own staff or can you keep the contracts of the previous management?

    We normally keep the staff already working in the Hotel, we are flexible on this point.

  • How long are the rental contracts you prefer?

    We are looking for long term relationships, which is why we normally do rental contracts of 8 to 15 years.
