Since 2022, we have been dedicated to curating a collection of traditional boutique hotels, breathing new life into these unique properties. 


We chose our headquarter to be in See am Zell, because we love the region from the bottom of our heart. We grew up surrounded by mountains and that’s where we feel home. Hirsch Management is committed that the benefits of the tourism sector benefit the areas where they are created.

Ensuring a good start through a clear and simple onboarding process is to guarantee a business for the future.

A structured process is the key to success in hotel management That’s why we at Hirsch Management have a clear and simple onboarding process that guides you through every step of working with us. If you have any questions feel free to write us an email, call us or give us a visit in our offices at Zell am See. 


We start with one visit to the property to discover all the possibilities!

It all starts with visiting the property. We must feel what a guest feels when entering the property and understand how we can make the product evolve. It is also a good excuse to have a nice conversation with the investors or owners and get to know each other better.

We will check that everything is in order...

Once we have visited the property, we need to check the history of results, look at some numbers, clarify points of the agreement, study the market and the product, etc. A bit of back office work that will help us all to make a good and safe decision.

Once everything is clear, we sign the contract!

The culmination of our agreement will be to sign an agreement that will contain all the clauses and conditions that will regulate our commercial operation and provide legal certainty to the agreement.

And from now on you don't have to enjoy recovering your investment.
